Our project managers are PRINCE2 certified and have at least a decade of experience in IT project management. Our main task is to deliver your project on time and on budget, and via our project management system you have the project details at your fingertips at all times
Preparation is half the work!
We have yet to experience a project where the initial project plan doesn’t change during the course of the project! As a project progresses, requirements or constraints may change or develop and that is a natural part of any project. In these situations, our role is to make you aware of all options available to you, so you can make informed choices about which way to go.
The main benefit of bringing us in for your larger projects is that you will find the process to present less ‘surprises’ along the way. That is because we can use our experience to ask the right questions earlier in the process. This saves not only time but also budget in terms of the final delivery.
