In our team, we have two marketing consultants. They both have the rare combination of self-storage experience, a solid academic background in marketing and practical marketing experience from the real world.

From there, we create a branding manual that defines graphics, fonts, designs and more so that whenever a subcontractor does marketing related work for you, you can give them the branding manual and they have precise instructions on what to do or not to do. This allows you to price shop more extensively when doing graphical and printed work because it leaves less room for flexibility and interpretation of your suppliers.
