You can then analyse your data through a number of graphs and tools, and we even included an option to monitor the prices of your competition! Depending on your pricing experience, you can set the pricing rules which fit your store, region or entire company best. Once these rules are defined, everything flows automatically from there.
You decide how often the system checks whether prices should be changed and you decide if you want prices altered completely automatically, or if you want to sign off on price changes before they happen.
Because Rate Administrator holds information about vacant units and prices, it can also function as the source of your online booking information, if your self-storage software can't easily handle communication with websites.
